The project had a very positive impact on the young people participating in the exchange. The participants became able to think in long-term, set goals for themselves, see the important and useful things, fight for them, and even appreciate the results achieved. Their value judgment also developed in a positive direction, since they can look behind small, useless things and find the value, things that are valuable to them and their environment. With the development of logical thinking, we also contributed to the facilitation of employment. During the board games, the participants became more disciplined and more compliant, which also fits both the social norms and the expectations of the employers. Due to the board games they got to know each other, thereby expanded their social relationships and at the same time developing adaptability. In the case of the participating organizations, the implementation of the exchange was also important, since they enriched with an innovative method that they can use during their work. The exchange had a very positive effect on the strategic objectives of the implementing organizations, since it strengthened the acceptance of the organizations at social level as well. During the youth exchange we organized a Board Game Competition too, involving the local youth for whom we emphasized the importance of the real, personnal relationships. Local young people were also involved. Throughout the whole exchange program, we placed an emphasis on evaluation, closing each day with an evaluation. In addition, intercultural evenings, leisure activities, an excursion to Sturovo and movement games made the program more colorful. The youth exchange programme was implemented by the organizations of 4 countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland).In the youth exchange in Sturovo 6 participants (15-20 years) and their group leaders participated from each country.
