the use of formal, non-formal and alternative pedagogical methods (art therapy, work in small groups, debate situations, and
role-play) appropriate for the knowledge level of the target group. We follow the principles of "playful learning", and the
Compass for the best development of the target group.
By coordinating organizations of 4 countries, we involve 7 + 1 persons (a minimum of 23 disadvantaged young people) in the
exchange program 2020-08-03- 2020-08-10. The participating 24 youngsters and 4 group leaders will get familiarize of our
youth exchange. In the project implementation, there are 7 participating organizations from Hungary , Romanian, Poland and
North Macedonia . The disadvantaged participants have issues of social and cultural difficulties. The majority of our partners
have great experience in organizing, executing similar exchanges. On behalf of the Organization, volunteers are involved in the
process: 1 person as group leader, 1 person of facilalator , 1 person as negotiating assistant, 1 person in charge of logistics,
and the project manager.

The topics we work up during our project influence our society. The problem of gender roles and stereotypes raises problems

youngsters, our aim is to streghten the youth to be active civilians, to move forward social reception, and solidarity, to fight
against discrimination, to increase equal opportunity, to make youngsters to be more intercultural, to improve competencies, to
strenghten non-formal and informal learning methods, to propagate the mobility possibilities of EU, and to increase the youth
integration to labour market.

youth exchange (accommodation, participants, facilitators and implementers). We jointly work out the documentation, the
evaluation of the project and the methods used. We also work out a unified criteria, according to which we will select the
participants and take the appropriate security measures. We assess the linguistic competencies of the participants, and if
necessary, we provide English preparation for them. They prepare from the topics, and also for the national evenings in
advance.
The presence of the media at an early stage is important, so we publish information on starting the project as well. The
publication of our goals and messages on our website will be continuous. A constant and open communication with the
partners and among the participants characterizes thenproject during all activities.
Implementation:
Output:
Participants acquire competences which help them to provide equality, responsibility, justice. heir acquitance with the
European nationality is improving, they get aquinted with other languages, cultures, so their traverse skills will progress. They
integrate the knowledge into their personality and they contribute to a more tolerant and democratic society. They will
multiplicate their knowledge in their families, communities and environment, by using the methods they learned during the
project.
The partner organisations will multiplicate their knowledge in their local community and environment with the new methods,
